Our Enterprise Sales Team

Our Enterprise Sales team is responsible for helping the biggest global enterprises push their pace of innovation by challenging ordinary thinking. This team is strategically expanding our client base in the Fortune 500 (>$1bn Revenue) segment. We're continuing to build this team with individuals who operate with intentionality and can problem-solve for most critical parts of our customers operations by harnessing the power of true invention.

As an Enterprise Account Executive

You will follow a well-defined methodology that helps identify the customer's unique challenges and prove the value of Instabase while forever changing the lives of our customers.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively work to break into net-new logos in your assigned territory
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
  • Be an effective communicator, creating emails and presentations for various audiences
  • Confidently speak to the value of the Instabase Platform across existing customers and proactively work to break into net-new logos in your assigned territory
  • Generate qualified pipeline in net-new accounts and increase the sales pipeline in existing accounts
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate and effectively overcome objections
  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas, working to understand their priorities and pain points
  • Strategically define value and specific business outcomes that Instabase will help deliver each business
  • Foster new business initiatives with target accounts and act as their internal advocate
  • Focus on excellence in pipeline generation and opportunity progression that consists of meticulous planning and preparation
  • Lean on internal resources, partners, team members and your manager to be successful
