About the Role

We’re building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs’ most important customer relationships in North America, and we’re looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.

This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations, building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, driving both net-new business and expansion
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases
  • Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions)
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging trends and shaping customers’ long-term AI roadmap
