<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div>

<div>We are looking for a high-performing Matador <strong>AI Account Executive</strong> to drive revenue growth in the automotive sector. This role focuses on selling AI-powered solutions to dealerships and dealer groups, helping them improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.</div>

<div>You will own the full sales cycle, act as a trusted advisor to automotive decision-makers, and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.</div>

<hr><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<div>Own and manage the <strong>full sales cycle</strong>: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close</div>

<div>Sell <strong>AI-driven solutions</strong> (e.g. conversational AI, lead management, broadcast) to automotive clients</div>

<li>

<div>Build strong relationships with <strong>dealer principals, general managers, sales directors, and stakeholders</strong></div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Identify customer pain points and position AI solutions that drive measurable ROI</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Deliver compelling product demos and value-based proposals</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Forecast accurately and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Stay current on <strong>automotive industry trends</strong> and emerging AI technologies</div>

<div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div>

<div>1+ years of <strong>B2B sales experience</strong>, preferably in automotive, SaaS or AI</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Proven track record of <strong>meeting or exceeding quota</strong></div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Experience selling to automotive dealerships, dealer groups, or automotive service providers</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills</div>

</li>

<li>

<div>Ability to explain complex AI concepts in <strong>simple, business-focused language</strong></div>

</li>

<li>

<div>CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</div>

</li>

</ul>

<p>Our ranges reflect the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
