About the Role

We're seeking an experienced AI Account Executive to help expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is an Enterprise sales role, where you'll act as a trusted advisor to both customers and partners, aligning NiCE's Agentic AI portfolio with high impact initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Agentic AI Portfolio

• Automation solutions such as Cognigy
• Agent augmentation
• Proactive engagement
• Knowledge and other Agentic AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with channel partners, BDRs, and internal stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
• Independently advance sales opportunities with hunter instincts and experience
