Job Overview
ABC Legal Services is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive high-value client acquisition and long-term enterprise growth. This role is designed for a pure Enterprise hunter who can land complex organizations, retain strategic relationships, and scale accounts over time.
You will own the full Enterprise sales motion—Land, Retain, Scale—serving as a strategic partner to clients while aligning their operational needs with ABC Legal’s long-term vision. This role requires comfort selling into multi-stakeholder environments, navigating longer sales cycles, and expanding enterprise relationships beyond the initial win.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise B2B clients
- Lead consultative conversations with senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships
- Partner with onboarding and account teams to ensure successful implementation
- Identify and drive growth within existing accounts
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM (HubSpot) with accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality client experience
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of enterprise or complex B2B sales experience
- Experience in legal, regulated, SaaS, or professional services environments
- Proven success closing and expanding large accounts
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Strategic, consultative, and results-driven approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely (with occasional travel)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- Experience selling legal or professional services
- Background managing multi-location or national accounts
- Familiarity with land-and-expand sales strategies

Schedule and Travel
Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Travel Requirements: While this is a remote position, occasional travel is required to meet with clients. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel as needed.
Starting Pay: $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission
