About the role

What you'll do:

  • Identify high-propensity accounts by leveraging data and insights to determine expansion opportunities

Mercury is a fintech company helping ambitious businesses run their finances. As an Account Development Manager, you'll help customers move from initial adoption to deeper product usage by expanding adoption, preventing churn, and driving expansion revenue.

You'll work directly with Mercury customers at critical moments in their journey, providing a human touch when timing and context matter most. This is a quota-carrying role focused on expansion and adoption while serving as a feedback loop to inform Mercury's evolution.
