ABA Recruiter

Accountabilities:

• • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians across designated areas.
  • Source qualified candidates through applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, make offers, and maintain consistent follow-up communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with operations, HR, and local teams to identify current and upcoming staffing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity, job postings, and recruitment information within the ATS.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Represent the organization professionally and contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, with prior Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally within remote healthcare or ABA environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidates, priorities, and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with tools such as Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet, and ADP.
  • Experience working with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
