About Ruut

Ruut is a digital coach that develops recovery and running skills based on metrics (primarily HRV). We teach athletes and aspiring athletes to make daily decisions about training or recovery, manage fatigue, and progress steadily.

Our mission is to improve athletic performance stability and recovery quality through clear daily actions and personalized running plans that reduce discomfort and injury risk.

What You'll Do

• Create dozens of creative videos weekly that reach thousands of people daily
• Test hypotheses about creative performance and validate which ones drive app installs
• Scale proven creative concepts
• Work in a fast-paced environment without bureaucracy where ideas are executed quickly
