Recommendation Strategy Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user growth strategies for Binance platform, driving acquisition, retention, and transaction conversion based on user insights and market analysis.
• Analyze market & competitors, identify trends, and optimize incentive mechanisms & campaigns; lead Marketing AI and personalized coupon/offer strategies.
• Build lifecycle recommendation & ad recommendation systems with user tagging, improving activation, 7-day transaction, and push conversion.
• Design growth tools & incentive schemes; collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, QA, and global teams to deliver and iterate on data-driven growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years in growth strategy / recommendation algorithm / user growth product management; payment or crypto industry experience a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of recommendation algorithms; proven experience in lifecycle recommendation, tag-based ad targeting, and 1:1 personalization; technical/algorithmic background preferred.
• Strong Marketing AI & incentive strategy experience, with a focus on new user conversion, 7-day transaction, and retention KPIs.
• Proficient in data analysis, able to translate insights into actionable growth plans; fluent English for cross-functional global collaboration.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, proactive, and accountable for business goals; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
