Position Overview
We are looking for a Director, Solutions Consulting to join our team. This is a remote role based in the UK (London), reporting to the VP, Solutions Consulting EMEA. We're looking for an exceptional leader to lead and grow our Solutions Consulting organisation for the UK&I. You will lead our existing sales engineers and align closely with the Regional Sales VP, Area Sales Directors, product management, and engineering to help close deals and execute strategic solutions for customers and partners.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team covering the UKI
- Refine and scale the core sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification and proof-of-concept
- Work with sales leadership and clients to design, create and present business solutions to increase client revenue growth
- Develop solution and customer proposals, product and solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with client expectations
