• 8+ years of experience as a strategic growth leader
• Ability to lead a full-funnel DTC strategy
• Ownership of paid acquisition performance
• Drive experimentation across landing pages, offers, funnels, and creative
• Both strategic and execution-oriented — analytically sharp and creatively instinctive
• Comfortable dissecting funnel data and identifying winning hooks, offer angles, and messaging shifts
• Genuine sense for what resonates with customers and staying ahead of DTC creative trends
