Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced legal marketing strategist to support our Personal Injury Paid Media team. This person will help guide strategy for law firm clients, with a focus on paid search, paid social, performance analysis, proposal decks, and full-funnel marketing recommendations.
It is vital this team member has deep experience in creative strategy, landing page optimization, and source attribution knowledge.
This role is ideal for someone with experience as a former law firm Marketing Director with extensive hands-on paid media campaign management. The right candidate should understand personal injury marketing, know how to analyze campaign performance, and be able to turn data into clear, practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Paid Media Strategy – Partner with the Personal Injury Paid Media team to develop and execute strong campaign strategies for law firm clients. Advise creative strategy including A/B testing in images, copy, landing pages, videos, etc. Review paid search and paid social performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Guide recommendations around budgets, targeting, landing pages, and lead quality. Identify, strategize, and execute to improve lead volume, signed case volume, and acquisition costs.
- Build Proposal Decks and Strategy Materials – Create proposal decks for prospective and current law firm clients. Develop simple, clear strategy recommendations that explain opportunities, budgets, KPIs, and next steps. Turn marketing ideas and performance data into client-ready slides. Support leadership with strategic client presentations and new business opportunities.
- Analyze Data and Identify Trends – Review campaign, lead, and intake data to understand performance. Analyze key metrics like CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversion rates, and signed cases. Identify what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next. Share actionable recommendations with internal teams and clients.
- Bring Legal Marketing Expertise – Apply strong knowledge of personal injury and law firm marketing. Understand the challenges of legal lead generation, competitive markets, intake, and compliance. Stay aware of trends in legal marketing, paid media, and client acquisition. Help position the agency as a strategic growth partner for law firms.

The ideal candidate has senior-level legal marketing experience and understands how to grow personal injury law firms through paid media and full-funnel strategy. They are comfortable reviewing data, spotting trends, and explaining next steps clearly. The candidate should have a growth mindset and focus on business outcomes instead of vanity metrics. They should be both strategic and practical, with the ability to lead and support internal teams, build client-facing materials, and help improve campaign performance.
