The Opportunity

We’re hiring a high-performing AI Implementation Specialist for one of our most seasoned B2B clients. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems that help businesses scale operations, automate workflows, and drive measurable growth outcomes.

This role is ideal for technical builders and AI operators who understand how to turn business problems into scalable AI solutions using automation tools, APIs, CRM systems, and AI workflows. You’ll work closely with leadership and stakeholders to build production-ready systems that create real business impact in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Own

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows across sales, marketing, operations, and client delivery
• Design scalable automations using tools like OpenAI, Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and CRM platforms
• Architect lead generation and AI SDR systems that automate outreach and qualification
• Implement CRM automations, attribution systems, and operational AI workflows
• Translate business problems into practical AI solutions that improve performance and efficiency
• Create repeatable systems and documentation that can scale across multiple clients
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI workflows to ensure production reliability
• Collaborate directly with leadership and stakeholders on high-impact AI initiatives
