About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who May Apply

• Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

• Implement user-facing features for high-traffic products
• Write clean, performant client-side code (React/Vue) and backend (Node.js) to support product iterations
• Help build and maintain internal UI libraries/CLI/tools to improve development efficiency and code quality
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality UI/UX delivery
• Stay current with modern web and AI tooling; prototype quick POCs when needed

Requirements

• Familiar with modern frontend frameworks: Node.js or Vue 3 (TypeScript is preferred)
• Basic Node.js experience (REST APIs, simple services; Next.js/NestJS/Express, any one of these is a plus)
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, responsive layout, and web performance basics
• Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/SE/EE or related; strong self-taught candidates also welcome
