About the Role

Shadow Light Studios partners with some of the most influential brands and creators in the world. Our work spans clients like Snapchat, Monster Energy, Sand Cloud, Poppi, X Games, Golden Goose, Fancy Sprinkles, Find Your Grind and many more.

We create high performing creative for social platforms, paid media and digital campaigns. We are now searching for a talented ads graphic designer who can produce scroll-stopping static ad creatives that drive real results across paid social and digital.

What You Will Do

• Static Ad Creative
  • Design platform ready ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google Display
  • Produce multiple variations quickly for A/B testing
  • Build thumb-stopping visuals that match client brand worlds and campaign goals
  • Adapt to different brand voices and aesthetics across our portfolio
• Creative Execution
  • Match tone, color and emotion across all creatives
  • Iterate quickly and bring bold ideas to the team
  • Work with creative directors for revisions and alignment
  • Deliver on strict timelines while managing multiple projects
  • Maintain clean file structures and organised project folders

What You Bring

• Strong portfolio of static ad creative work
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator
• Sharp eye for visual hierarchy, color and layout
• Fast turnaround, detail-oriented and open to feedback
• Ability to work fast without relying on templates
• Bonus: experience producing or editing short form video ads
