This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The Website Security Support Analyst plays a key role in providing support to our website security customers. Website Security Analysts perform various aspects of the incident response lifecycle, which may include, but are not limited to: activating Website Security, Monitoring, and Backup services; troubleshooting and resolving problems surrounding the activation and use of these services; and providing malware prevention recommendations, including bypass prevention, DDoS mitigation, and XSS attack prevention. Every ticket or interaction we have with our clients is not only an opportunity to help their business prosper and succeed, but also a chance to learn a different skill along the way while supporting our Monitoring, Firewall, and Backup products.
What you'll get to do...
- Provide World Class Support via email and chat to the Website Security Customers
- Set up and activate Website Application Firewall (WAF), Website Monitoring and Backup services
- Test the site availability after support interaction to assess possible configuration issues and attempt to repair them
- Provide recommendations on how to prevent malware issues in the future including password change, removal of local and outdated backups from the local environment
