About the role
THE ROLE
You will play a key part of the talented Documentation team, making a tangible impact on Form3’s growth and scalability. Technical documentation directly influences how easily our SaaS can be implemented and configured within client organisations and partners.
With prior technical writing experience and some coding ability, you will support our current Technical Writer in creating and maintaining both new and existing documentation. You’ll ensure our materials evolve alongside our services, remaining best-in-class and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will be excited to lead projects using new AI tools for knowledge management.
- Deliver and maintain API documentation for a range of payment services, ensuring accuracy, clarity and ease of understanding.
- Develop user-friendly technical documentation tailored to meet the needs of Form3’s internal and external stakeholders, including Product User Manuals, Technical Specifications and Technical Tutorials.
- Lead new efficient knowledge management projects using AI tools ensuring technical documentation evolves alongside Form3’s Products and Services.
- Maintain a centralised and organised repository, ensuring consistency and clarity across all technical documentation. Stay informed about latest industry trends, regularly updating content and ensuring technical documentation evolves alongside Form3’s Products and Services.
