We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can keep pace with a fast-moving GTM org and help us hire the people who'll drive our next phase of growth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and other go-to-market roles, partner closely with hiring leaders, and have real room to shape how we recruit - not just execute someone else's playbook.

Sourcing and pipeline

• Proactively source and engage passive GTM candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build pipelines that serve both open roles and the ones we'll open next quarter.
• Use creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to surface a diverse slate of top talent.
• Lean into AI tools to work smarter - sourcing, outreach, screening, and everywhere else they sharpen your edge.
