Design at Engine is made up of 35+ incredible product designers, creatives, art directors, brand managers, and leaders driving product vision and shaping a design culture like no other.
For designers who can hold partner branding, platform flexibility, and operational depth in their head at once, and refuse to ship anything that doesn't feel consumer-grade.
Designers at Engine are part of what we call the Big 4—the core team of product, design, engineering, and data that drive the roadmap and vision for their area. Together, you’ll shape strategy for your area and ship features that have immediate and lasting impact on the product.
We are searching for a Staff Product Designer to join our Omni Design team. Omni is Engine's white-label API platform that lets partners like banks, credit cards, and rewards portals offer a fully branded travel booking experience to their users. This team owns both sides of the marketplace: the partner-facing tools that power those branded experiences, and the supply platform where hotels opt in, manage rates, availability, and property details.
As a Staff Product Designer, you'll lead the design of two distinct B2B surfaces, turning complex API-driven configurations and supply workflows into clear, reliable, and polished experiences. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, and partnerships to shape how Omni scales across both demand and supply.

Here's what you'll do
- Lead design across two distinct B2B surfaces - partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
- Set design direction at the Staff level: shape strategy, lead reviews, and raise the craft bar across the team, not just execute features.
- Bring consumer-grade craft to dense, operator-facing workflows used by sophisticated partners and hotel supply teams.
- Partner closely with PM, engineering, and partnerships to turn complex, API-driven configurations into clear, reliable, polished experiences.
- Push the team forward on AI-forward tooling (Figma, Cursor, Pencil) and contribute back to Engine
