Sr. UX Designer

What you'll do:

Our rapidly growing Product & Design organization is expanding. As a Sr. UX Designer at NinjaTrader, you will lead design initiatives for our trading platform, collaborating with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, high-performance user experiences for retail traders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design for key features and workflows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy
• Establish and maintain design patterns and guidelines
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in fintech or trading platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-centered design process
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
