About the role
What you'll do:
NinjaTrader is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted campaigns across email, in-app, and other channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and segmentation to optimize campaign performance and conversion.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to create personalized user experiences.
- Track and report on key metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, churn) and iterate on strategies.
- Manage A/B testing and experiment with messaging, timing, and creative.
- Ensure alignment with brand voice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in user retention and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Amplitude, or similar.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
