Software Engineer - Forward Deployed

Position Summary

Arcesium is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Forward Deployed (FD) team within Client and Partner Development. This role is distinct from traditional product engineering: our mission is time to value. Forward Deployed Engineers rapidly design and deliver solutions that directly address client business needs while building reusable foundations that make the next project faster and better.

This role prioritizes autonomy, execution, and impact. You won't be limited to incremental features on a fixed roadmap; you'll help define the problems, shape the solutions, and deliver outcomes that matter to both clients and the product. Your work will power client relationships, accelerate adoption of Arcesium's platform, and shape the evolution of our products. Forward Deployed Engineers sit in a uniquely leveraged position: seeing client problems first, solving them end-to-end, and turning those solutions into lasting capabilities for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and delivery of client-facing technical solutions, integrations, and data workflows.
