Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a fully remote position within the United States. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest Infrastructure talent.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest talent in Infrastructure.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes.
