Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Architecture / Buildings)

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a fully remote position within the United States. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest Architecture / Buildings talent.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest talent in Architecture / Buildings.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes.
