Role Overview
The Senior Recruiter is an advanced individual contributor on Attivo's recruiting team, focused on executing high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement across a variety of roles. This role goes deeper than the Recruiter in candidate evaluation, sourcing strategy, and pipeline management, and serves as a resource and informal coach for junior team members. The Senior Recruiter operates with greater independence and brings a sharper eye for talent, but remains focused on the candidate-facing work that drives Attivo's hiring engine.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events.
