- Influence architecture and prioritization decisions with senior leaders, articulating tradeoffs, business value, and long-term platform strategy to executive stakeholders.
- Drive measurable outcomes such as improved billing and revenue accuracy, faster month-end close support, reduced manual reconciliations, and better speed-to-launch for new offerings.
What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of finance, revenue, quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, or ERP-adjacent platforms in a complex business environment.
- Deep domain expertise in revenue accounting and operational revenue systems, including ASC 606 / IFRS 15 concepts such as contract assessment, performance obligations, allocation, timing of recognition, and deferred revenue.
- Strong experience with ERP, billing, and revenue automation platforms; NetSuite, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue / RevPro experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success designing systems that support scalable, auditable financial processes, with strong understanding of reconciliation, data lineage, and internal control considerations.
- Experience evaluating and implementing build-versus-buy platform decisions for complex finance workflows and integrations.
- Proven ability to simplify complex business and technical problems into clear product strategy, roadmap decisions, and high-quality execution.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making, with experience defining and tracking success metrics.
