About The Team
This position will play a critical leadership role on the Financial Reporting team and will report to the Sr. Director, Financial Reporting. As Life360 continues to grow organically and through strategic expansion, the Financial Reporting team is taking on increased scope and complexity across SEC reporting, technical accounting, and investor communications. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to lead the day-to-day execution of our financial reporting function and manage a team of accounting professionals.

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Manager, Financial Reporting with a proven ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will own the end-to-end execution of internal and external reporting, including SEC filing preparation, month-end close for technical accounting areas, audit coordination, management and board reporting, and SOX compliance. As a people manager, you will oversee a team of four, including two direct reports, and will be responsible for developing talent, meeting deadlines, and driving operational excellence across the reporting function.
This role partners closely with the Senior Manager, SEC Reporting on disclosure strategy and filing reviews, and collaborates with members of our accounting, finance, legal, and investor relations teams, as well as external auditors.
The US-based salary range for this position is $133,000 to $197,500. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary—therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
