This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Tennessee, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington.
Your Mission
Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects
- Cultivate Camaraderie: Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team.
- Guide Development: Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, documenting and managing all dependencies / blockers.
- Optimize Delivery: Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity and optimize business value, utilizing AI to inform decision-making and enhance prioritization processes.
- Increase Velocity: Anticipate risks/blockers, advance Praxent best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes.
- Lead Grooming: Build trust with clients, elicit nuanced understanding, and escalate when scope has changed.
- Execute Consistently: Adhere to Agile/Praxent best practices, monitoring and correcting processes.
Your Day-to-Day
- Key Activities: Maintain day-to-day client trust and relationship; document and monitor scope changes, risks, and dependencies; monitor and optimize processes to avoid blockers and optimize velocity.
- How a Current Praxenter Describes The Role: “A Senior Delivery Lead role involves leading client calls to align on business requirements, address risks or dependencies, develop roadmaps, and ensure deliverables are met based off of prioritization. It also involves managing the daily activities that support agile development, such as daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, client demos, etc.”
