About the Role
As a Senior Brand Designer at ShopMy, you’ll craft effective, visually striking communications that drive our brand and business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Design, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to evolve and express the ShopMy brand across every touchpoint- from campaigns and content to marketing materials, email, and paid ads.
This role calls for both strategic vision and hands-on craft; balancing conceptual thinking with an obsession for detail and brand systems. As an individual contributor on the Product team, you’ll independently own and execute complex brand design projects while ensuring that every piece of communication, from an email design to a social ad to a brand deck, reflects the premium, elevated identity of ShopMy
What You’ll Do
- Own, concept, drive and execute complex design initiatives for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives across all channels — including email, social, paid media, events, and out-of-home.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as sales decks, brand presentations, digital ads, and other assets that showcase ShopMy’s story and value.
- Translate brand strategy into campaign systems — building scalable visual identities, templates, and processes that ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product teams to bring cohesive, high-impact narratives to life.
- Elevate the craft — create premium, modern, and engaging visuals that resonate with creators, brands, and consumers alike.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and creative team culture.
- Work directly with external partners and agencies to ensure creative alignment, timelines and seamless collaboration across all initiatives.
- Handle multiple projects gracefully under tight timelines, maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail.
What Sets You Up for Success
- 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design — ideally within lifestyle, tech, or creative industries.
- Proven experience concepting and executing holistic, cross-channel campaigns.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong creative eye for typography, color, layout, and photography — with an ability to elevate the premium feel of a brand.
- Skilled in designing across a wide range of mediums — including email, digital ads, marketing collateral, and investor decks.
- A systems-driven mindset: you think beyond single deliverables to create scalable, cohesive visual systems.
