Senior Associate, Mission Support (Planning) - Situation & Geospatial Analysis
Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Senior Associate, Mission Support (Planning) - Situation & Geospatial Analysis to join our Programs x Domestic Ops – Mission Support (MSB) team! The Senior Associate, Mission Support (Planning) will strengthen TR planning capabilities at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels by keeping the organization informed of evolving domestic and global events that may affect TR operations. As a member of the Mission Support Branch (MSB) Planning team, this role enables TR’s mission by equipping Greyshirt leaders and staff with actionable situational awareness and analysis, reliable planning functional guidance & expertise, and impact quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) support to TR’s USA-focused geographic branches and to international/outside the continental United States (OCONUS) operations. This role directly contributes to advancing TR’s mission to serve communities before, during, and after disasters and crises, and TR’s vision to build resiliency for vulnerable communities worldwide. This role thrives in a highly collaborative environment, both supporting and being supported by peers across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide situational awareness and geospatial analysis for disaster response planning
- Support strategic, operational, and tactical planning efforts
- Deliver QA/QC support to geographic branches and international operations
Qualifications
- Experience in emergency management, planning, or geospatial analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
