About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive patient growth through both warm inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach.
You will own the full conversion journey — from first touch to scheduled calls.
This role requires both:
- Consultative selling skills for inbound leads
- Confidence and persistence for outbound calling and follow-up
This is not a passive, script-heavy call center role. It requires initiative, accountability, and comfort working independently in a remote startup environment.
What You Will Do
- Convert warm inbound leads
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads
- Proactively reach out to potential patients through structured outbound campaigns
- Engage via phone, SMS, chat, and email
- Educate patients using approved, non-clinical messaging
- Handle objections with empathy and confidence
- Manage your own pipeline and prioritize follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs
- Collaborate with care and operations teams for seamless onboarding
This is a phone-heavy role requiring strong follow-up discipline and consistent activity levels.
