We're looking for a driven, emotionally intelligent, coachable individual to join our Bridge Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting business owners across the U.S., qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality meetings for our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in communication or people-facing work (whether that's hospitality, education, customer service, or any role where connecting with others was central to your success) who is ready to build a long-term career with a respected, values-based company.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary is $18/hr plus monthly bonus, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from primarily cold lead sources.
- Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Log and manage your outreach in our CRM.
- Actively participate in call calibrations and roleplays to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to communicate effectively with prospects.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a communication-based or people-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- An innate ability to build rapport and solid relationships quickly over the phone.
- A coachable mindset with the drive to grow and improve continuously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other software tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
- The ability to work within multiple time zones across the U.S.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Prior experience in a high-volume phone environment (call center, outbound sales, political canvassing, fundraising) or a fast-paced people-facing role.
