This is a remote contract role based in the Philippines. The position requires overnight hours, generally Tuesday through Saturday, to align with U.S. business hours.
Purpose of the Revenue Management Analyst position
As a Revenue Management Analyst / Senior Analyst at Kasa, you'll maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.
You will work closely with, and report into, the Lead Revenue Manager as part of Kasa’s Revenue Management Team. You'll collaborate to develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication to translate performance data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with property partners and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and financial strategy, to drive growth and profitability across Kasa's US-based portfolio.
