Summary

The Professional Education Manager position plays a key operational role within the Marketing organization, supporting the execution of educational initiatives, peer‑to‑peer programs, and clinical training activities. This position helps ensure smooth program delivery, consistent documentation, and high‑quality experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs) participating in Calyxo educational activities. These educational programs will increase awareness and engagement with HCPs to drive consideration and adoption of Calyxo products. This role oversees the full lifecycle of educational events in close partnership with the Senior Professional Education Manager. This role ensures excellence in program execution, logistics coordination, content preparation, and compliance processes and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, faculty, and external partners.

In This Role, You Will

• Support program coordination and execution through planning, logistics, and execution of HCP educational programs, peer‑to‑peer events, and hands‑on trainings.
• Assist with faculty and speaker management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
• Coordinate content preparation and ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
• Track and report program metrics, participant feedback, and budget variances.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory, legal, and company policies.
