Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Platform organization. In this role, you will help shape the systems that power how Mark43 customers and their partners access, integrate with, and extend our products. Your scope will span data access (data lake and partner APIs), integration platforms, and configurable forms and workflow infrastructure. The products you own are foundational to how public safety agencies operationalize their data and how their broader ecosystem of vendors, analytics tools, and downstream systems connects to Mark43.
Key Responsibilities
- Owned roadmap execution for one or more platform product areas, including data access (data lake, partner APIs), integration platforms, or forms and workflow infrastructure
- Partnered with engineering on architecture decisions for APIs, data pipelines, and platform services that need to be scalable, secure, and operable across multiple deployments
