About the role
The Opportunity
Twin Health is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our presence in the mid-market employer segment. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers to bring Twin Health's Whole Person Digital Twin technology to self-insured employers with 1,000–10,000 employees across the Midwest and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their health plan or digital health career who is eager to own a territory, build meaningful partnerships, and help employers tackle rising chronic disease and GLP-1 costs with a proven, innovative solution.
Responsibilities
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers/consultants who serve mid-market employers, keeping Twin Health top-of-mind when clients are looking to address metabolic health challenges.
- Co-Selling: Join health plan AEs and broker partners on prospect calls to present Twin Health's solution, answer clinical and ROI questions, and help move deals forward.
- Territory Management: Manage a pipeline of mid-market employer opportunities (1,000–10,000 lives) across your region, with a focus on the Illinois market.
- Education & Enablement: Conduct lunch & learns, webinars, and office visits to educate partner reps on Twin Health's technology and help them identify the right employer clients.
- Collateral & Customization: Partner with marketing to tailor pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI tools that make it easy for health plan and broker partners to position Twin Health.
- Market Intelligence: Use claims trends and population health data to help partners identify employer clients with high metabolic health spend who would benefit most from Twin.
The Day-to-Day Reality
- 50% Partner Relationship Building: Regular touch points — virtual and in-person — with health plan AEs and broker partners to stay engaged and surface new opportunities.
