About the role
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary owner of the US Foods partnership nationally - building multi-threaded relationships across corporate, divisional, and field levels, and running a structured governance cadence including regular working sessions, executive QBRs, and annual planning
- Own the partner engagement strategy for a defined set of partners, including the reseller channel across multiple POS, developing go-to-market plans, co-marketing campaigns, business goals, and success metrics that align with 7shifts' revenue objectives
- Build and execute field-level market plays in collaboration with Sales, including ICP targeting, outreach sequences, and objection handling, to drive a qualified pipeline through partner channels
- Lead training and enablement initiatives, including onboarding, lunch-and-learns, and field kits, that deepen partner expertise in 7shifts solutions and ensure sellers know how to leverage partner programs to open doors
- Attend and host partner events across the country, being responsible for organization, swag, booth management, and in-person partner engagement
- Track and report on partner performance through dashboards, partner lead pipelines, win rates, and revenue attribution - enforcing process hygiene and surfacing risks proactively
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Sales Development, Marketing, and Product to align on strategy, remove blockers, and maximize qualified referrals
What you bring:
- Experience in SaaS sales or partnerships with a proven ability to build relationships that drive revenue while delivering exceptional partner experiences
- You excel at relationship development - you're energized by working with others and have the communication and interpersonal skills to develop lasting trust with partners at every level, from field reps to the C-suite
- A hands-on operator mindset - you build process, run the playbook, measure everything
