The Role

StarRez is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing team of Regional Account Executives on our College Pads team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving net new revenue by coaching your team to exceed their goals, refining sales strategies, and optimizing team performance across a growing geographic market. You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, mentoring team members, and scaling our presence in the higher education housing market. Role Specifics

  • Work Location: Remote, US
  • Travel: 20-30% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
  • Compensation Structure: In addition to base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan. When meeting 100% of goals, the expected total annual compensation for this role is $220,000.
  • Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Vice President of Sales, College Pads.

What You Will Own

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Account Executives to achieve and exceed net new revenue targets across assigned territories
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, prospecting strategy sessions, and deal progression support
  • Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and ongoing training initiatives that accelerate seller productivity and long-term success
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and forecasting data to identify trends, improve pipeline health, and drive more effective sales execution
