About the role

What You'll Do:

The IT Project Manager is a newly created role designed to support the continued growth and expansion of a fast-growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization transforming crisis care across the country. As the organization continues to scale rapidly, this position will play a critical role in helping build and mature enterprise project delivery capabilities across Information Technology Services.

Serving as a strategic partner to the VP of Information Technology Services, the IT Project Manager will help drive visibility, structure, and execution across a broad portfolio of technology and operational initiatives. This role provides the leadership team with the coordination and organizational support needed to successfully manage complex, multi-site programs in a dynamic healthcare environment. In addition to leading project delivery, the position functions as a trusted extension of IT leadership by supporting governance, executive communications, portfolio prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

The role spans a diverse and high-impact portfolio, including electronic health record (EHR) initiatives, clinical and operational systems, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity and compliance efforts, data and analytics platforms, AI enablement, and enterprise-wide transformation projects. This individual will help establish scalable project management standards, processes, and governance practices as the IT organization continues to evolve and grow.
