About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of People to lead and execute our People strategy across the United States and Canada. This is a hands-on, individual contributor leadership role — you will set the strategy and also execute it. There is no job too small.
You will own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through exit, while building scalable, data-driven People programs that support our next phase of growth. You will partner closely with leadership while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
