Overview
As a vital member of the Growth team, you’ll be in charge of brainstorming and executing customized and targeted campaigns for different regions and objectives, whether it’s product launches or engagement campaigns. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Specialist with a strong background in User Lifecycle and Operations.
In this role, you will contribute to expansion of our user base and conversion funnel by moving beyond traditional marketing—owning the end-to-end user journey. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing and hard data, utilizing A/B testing, CRM automation, and deep data analysis to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth. If you are a logical problem-solver who thrives on analysis, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and quick execution, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Push Notifications, In-app Banners, etc.) to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on messaging, payouts, and campaign structures using SQL and BI tools to track performance and refine strategies.
- Analyze post-campaign results against set KPI metrics to determine effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
