Role

Executive Assistant supporting the Customer Success SVPs. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple SVPs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or VP-level leaders
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
