Event Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Event Strategy and Planning: Manage Federato’s third party and field event portfolio. Develop event strategies aligned to marketing and sales goals. Build and execute plans for new conferences, sponsorships, and field programs. Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and leadership to shape priorities and program direction. Evaluate event opportunities and articulate clear recommendations based on business goals.
• Event Operations & Execution: Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and run-of-show for all third party and field events. Lead coordination with vendors, production partners, and creative agencies. Negotiate sponsorship packages, booth options, and vendor rates with confidence and precision. Maintain strong relationships with industry conference organizers and partners. Ensure every program is delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Drive highly cross functional internal workflows, aligning sales, product, and marketing stakeholders. Lead event enablement for sales: pre event briefing, onsite readiness, follow up plans, lead management, and onsite meeting coordination. Communicate plans clearly, succinctly, and proactively to all stakeholders.
• Measurement, Optimization, and Reporting: Maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards. Track KPIs across pipeline influence, engagement, lead quality, attendance, and ROI. Surface clear insights and recommendations for future improvements. Build a continuous improvement loop across all events and programs.
• Creativity & Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to elevate the event portfolio.
