Role Overview
The Enrollment Marketing Consultant (EMC) serves as a strategic partner to institutions engaged with Encoura through the Enrollment Marketing Solutions team. Working in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Marketing Strategy, the EMC supports the development, execution, and optimization of data-informed enrollment marketing strategies designed to help institutions achieve their enrollment goals.
This role contributes to the full campaign lifecycle, including student search strategy, communication planning, campaign coordination, reporting, and performance optimization. The EMC partners closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time, aligned with institutional objectives, and to build strong, consultative relationships with partner institutions.

A Day in the Life
- Support assigned institutions through the planning, execution, and optimization of enrollment marketing campaigns and communication strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions through proactive communication, responsiveness, and ongoing collaboration
- Analyze institutional enrollment goals, current marketing efforts, and areas of opportunity to support strategic recommendations
- Assist in translating institutional needs into actionable marketing plans aligned with enrollment objectives
