About the role
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, staffing plans, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering
- Lead internal and client status meetings and manage day-to-day communication
- Track scope, budget, timeline, and project health across engagements
- Identify risks early and proactively solve delivery challenges
- Support forecasting, resourcing, and operational planning
- Manage approvals, dependencies, and project documentation
- Help maintain delivery quality and operational consistency across accounts
What You’ll Bring
- 2- 4 years of project management experience within a creative or digital agency
- Experience managing digital projects, timelines, and budgets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of digital production workflows and website delivery
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and clients
Nice to Have
- Experience using Workfront is a strong plus
- Experience with CMS-driven website projects
- Familiarity with QA processes and agile delivery environments
- Experience using Jira, Airtable, or similar tools

The target range of base compensation for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
