About the Role:
Planet is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to temporarily join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will support a diverse customer base by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and responding to customer inquiries. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver a seamless experience for key customer programs and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. They’re curious, proactive, and eager to support customers with operational excellence. They bring great communication skills, a knack for process improvement, and a desire to support impactful programs.
This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last 12 months.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Strategically manage a high-volume of accounts, utilizing Zendesk and internal CRM tools to maintain a seamless customer experience
- Create and deliver custom usage reports for accounts, helping customers understand their ROI through data
- Support the Sales and CS teams with operational tasks to keep account management running smoothly
- Set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations
- Act as a point of contact for partner onboarding questions and technical setup
- Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones and global stakeholders, adapting to diverse cultures
- Comfort with data and reporting tools
- Clear communication and a proactive approach to solving problems
- A keen eye for identifying account expansion opportunities
- Proficiency with geospatial data formats and concepts, including GeoJSON, Shapefiles, and coordinate reference systems
- Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience working with Salesforce, Excel, or customer success platforms
- Experience with Remote Sensing and Satellite Imagery
