About the role
Grüns retail is scaling fast, and we're looking for a sharp CPFR Sr. Analyst to optimize supply chain performance and strengthen our relationships with key retail partners. This is a build role: you're establishing CPFR infrastructure for the Drug channel from the ground up, directly owning retailer relationships and day-to-day execution - with clear line-of-sight impact on some of the most important launches in Grüns' history. As we continue to expand across retail, so will your scope.
In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end forecasting and replenishment for the Drug channel (CVS, Walgreens), including weekly demand planning, inventory monitoring, and retailer collaboration
- Serve as Grüns' primary point of contact with CVS and Walgreens inventory teams - building and managing bi-weekly cadence calls and owning the retailer relationship directly
- Establish a store audit and execution process - ensuring best-in-class store coverage at launch and driving swift issue resolution
- Monitor retailer POS and external forecast accuracy, flagging variances and leading root cause analysis when metrics drift
- Lead pre and post-analysis on all promotional activity to quantify lift, identify forecast gaps, and sharpen future planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Analytics to align internal production plans with external retailer demand
- Expand CPFR coverage across additional retail channels as the business scales beyond Drug
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2–4 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain - with direct exposure to major retail accounts
- Has a track record of owning external retailer relationships directly - influencing replenishment decisions, managing forecast adjustments, and driving execution with retailer inventory teams
- Is proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and comfortable building reporting and planning infrastructure in lean, scrappy environments
- Has managed forecasting at the retailer/SKU level and can speak to specific forecast accuracy metrics they've owned
- Has experience supporting or owning a retail launch - not just steady-state replenishment, but the execution demands of a new distribution set
- Drug channel experience (CVS, Walgreens) is a plus, particularly familiarity with their inventory systems and portals
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field
Approach to the role:
- On-shelf availability is non-negotiable for you - you monitor, flag, and act before a stockout has a chance to land
- You're high-agency - you don't wait to be told there's a problem, you build the systems that surface problems before they happen
- You communicate complex supply chain data clearly to retail partners and internal stakeholders alike - you know how to translate a forecast variance into a story with an action plan
- You're energized by ambiguity and early-stage build work - the fact that the playbook doesn't exist yet is an opportunity, not a blocker
- You're already thinking about how AI tools can extend
