Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist to join our team remotely in Maryland. You'll conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each patient is connected to the right ongoing care — making a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families from day one.

Employment Options Available
Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC and LMFT).
W-2 Employee — Part-Time (20 hours/week)
- Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of intake evaluations per week & 3 administrative hours

Compensation & Benefits
Total Earning Potential: Up to $70,000+ annually
This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential — a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
- Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
- Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
- 17 intake evaluation hours + 3 administrative hours per week
- Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per intake session for additional evaluations beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest

What Makes You, You
- Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based assessment practices
- Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth intake evaluations with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)
- Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes from the very first session
- Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities
