Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a BI Developer to join our centralized Data & Analytics team. This role supports multiple business functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Sales) by developing Tableau dashboards, responding to ad hoc requests, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong Tableau developer who can quickly understand new business contexts, manage a variety of requests, and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on dashboard development, stakeholder support, and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support decision-making across multiple business units
• Work with stakeholders to scope requests, gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate business questions into data solutions
• Support a centralized intake and prioritization process, managing multiple requests of varying complexity
