The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our community of customers. Your mission is twofold: work alongside our internal teams to ensure customer happiness and success and drive growth by identifying upsell opportunities aligned to their needs. This role owns the full cycle of account growth from lead generation and product demonstration to deal closure with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, consultative selling, and customer success.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Product, Professional Services, and Marketing, bringing insights from the field to influence strategy and outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-oriented problem solver who thrives on making a measurable impact and building long-term partnerships.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote (US) with a strong preference for candidates based in Central or Eastern Time Zones
- Travel: 50% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and may vary based on business needs)
